Chief Accountant – Tu Wugen Graduated from Jiangxi Finance University in 1994, certified public accountant, certified public valuer, certified tax agent, and master of accountancy of Shanghai Finance University. Worked in the financial office of Xinyu Steel Group Co., Ltd from 1994 to 1996, and engaged in tax administration, audit, property assessment, fund supervision and accounting service in tax authorities and certified public accountants companies from 1997 up to the present. He has made deep study on Chinese and foreign tax system and the relevant financial laws and regulations of China, and had ever published several papers on finance and accounting journals at the level of province and ministry. Engaged in financial work in especially large central enterprise Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd from 1994 to 1998; acted as the head of financial analysis department of the wholly foreign-owned enterprise American President Lines (China) Co., Ltd from 1998 to 2000; engaged in audit, fund supervision, accounting consulting, accounting service and tax advisory in certified public accountants companies from 2000 up to present; and has long term cooperation with KPMG Taiwan and Shinewing Certified Public Accountants, acted as senior project manager in some large auditing projects.
